Wayne had unfortunately had his own engine problems with his works van but didn’t want to let me down so arrived in his own car just a few minutes outside the expected two hour time slot. Under the circumstances it wouldn’t be fair to rate his punctuality any less than 4/5. Wayne was very friendly and carried out the work promptly. I was particularly happy that he didn’t just check my car was good to go, he double checked it. The next time I have car problems I shall come to Wayne first. Thanks.
