I had my front brake pads and discs replaced and Wayne was on time and did a quick and good job.
Unfortunately the next day I noticed an awful noise and instability when driving, it soon transpired that the wheel nuts on one of my wheels were extremely loose. Almost like they had never been tightened after the job.
I messaged Wayne about this (explaining I wasent after any compensation but wanted to make him aware of the safety aspect) and wasent very happy with his response. He was just defensive and no apology made.
I feel lucky I noticed it before my wheel came off, it could have been a lot worse!!.

Like I said to you I’m sorry you feel this way but I have safety processes in place so this cannot happen so I don’t see how it has the wheel nuts Are tightened up to 120nm With an impact gun and then re-tightened with a wrench
