Wayne arrived at 0810 hrs 4/5 and did not waist any time in starting, he advised me that this was a normal problem and that he had experience in changing them, he was very cheerful and pleasant and did not take long to do the job.

He checked everything was ok, before letting me know he had finished.

I would have no problem dealing with Wayne again as it saves me having to drive to the dealership and wait about for the job to be done.
