Problem diagnosed within minutes and a quote sent within an hour.

He arrived and started work immediately. He got it started and advised me to keep the engine going for about 10 minutes. He was kind enough to back the car into my drive for me.

Can't fault his service he gave me a call before to make sure I was still available and he came to my work place which made life so much easier. Great all round

OK everything was done in the time quoted. It was a water pump change. He filled the engine with water and started the engine up ran for about 4 mins. and was happy. Later when I took the car out with the radiator cap on the pressure but up and it leaked like a hose pipe. Why oh why did he not test it properly?

this lad was 1 St class, did the job fine . No complaints from us .would recommend him next time
