Very happy with Lulian’s work and expertise! It’s so handy to have the mechanics come to the house. It’s very convenient as I don’t have to make other travel arrangements to get back home, then back again to pick the car up.

I must commend Lulian on his excellent customer service. He has done a brilliant job in my car and I would highly recommend him.

Iulian was great- came when he said, took the car off to be mended, then returned it fixed!

He was great, managed to get my obd reading even though my machine didn’t work, very transparent and honest, would use again for service

He was very good, I gave him a brief description of the issue, he then set straight to work, had the car sorted quicker then I thought he would, explained everything he was doing, very professional.

He was punctual and very polite and clear about what he was doing. Although I am a disappointed at the fact that he plugged in a diagnostic tool and gave me the same basic information that the recovery tech already told me. I was hoping for a more definitive diagnosis and now that I have to rebook for further diagnosis at the price of £130 I am even more disappointed. I’ve already paid £63 and he was only here for half hour which I am disgusted about.
I was expecting the £63 to be for a more definitive diagnosis, plus now I have to wait even longer for a full diagnosis.
My wife uses the car for work and kids and she can’t afford to have the car off the road for this time period.

Worked well, I didn’t meet him as the work was on the car being driven by my daughter
