Iulian diagnosed the problem which required a part from abroad that caused a delay in the repair but once the part was in his possession he was able to complete the work thoroughly and efficiently. I was impressed by how he worked and explained everything.

At present I am not happy as the photos of the diagnostic are to blurry to see and the report I was told would be sent has not been sent. I am £60 out of pocket and no better off than I was at present. I have been given a quote for additional work but it does not state if this is what is required to resolve the problem as qhen the mechanic left this afternoon he told me to take it back to the garage that did the timing belt and tell them they need to sort out the timing. The garage in question also booked through click mechanic.

Lulian was absolutely fantastic, really can't fault him, very friendly service. He kept me informed from start to finish. Without any hesitation I will book his services the next time that I need any work to my car doing.
