Straight on with the job and far quicker than expected. Hold up with the part needed but communication was good

This is the second time I have used Iulian. He is punctual keeps you updated and just gets on with the job in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend him or click mechanic.

I very rarely leave feedback but overall this was a nightmare. I had the inspection done on my car first which filled me with confidence that he could complete the work and was professional. I booked him to come back a few days later early one morning, the work was to only take 3-4 hours but he told me he’d have the car back by 7pm which I did not expect so asked for the car to be brought back when the work was done! I then received a call telling me the wrong part was sourced and that the old one couldn’t be put back on as it was broken, so now I faced the problem with having no car for days! However to his credit he brought the car back to me but then told me he had been speeding to 90 on the motorway which I don’t think is acceptable when using someone else’s car, especially when it’s not in a drivable state. I was then told he’d get in touch with me when he can fix it, I had to contact him and to my surprise was told the wrong part was ordered again even though he said he’d get it from the main dealer the next time. I cancelled the same day and I’m now left with a car that’s dangerous to drive and has trouble turning correctly.

Don’t get me wrong he’s a nice guy however on this occasion the service was poor and by the end of it I had lost confidence in him getting the work done and felt like I was being messed around. Read more

Lulian called before he was meant to arrive. To warn me that there are 2 different parts which will effect the finishing time. He was friendly and polite. When he finished he showed me what he had done and explained it to me.
