Was polite and carried out work well replace glow plugs and diagnosed a different fault saying a relay was needed he replaced it but wasn't relay and removed it and I wasn't charged for it car still won't start and I had to get a other mechanic in to look at car and he diagnosed that glow plugs weren't getting any power to make them work.click mechanic is very expensive find a different company .

Lulian was very polite , he explained thoroughly what the problems were and how to fix them. Turned up in the snow as well. Very good.
