Unfortunately he found some more underlining issues but he gave advice & options to fix it but overall great service and very knowledgable

done the front brake pads on my jaguar xf very fast good job but left my locking wheel nut on the nut , good job i checked as if i had drove the car anywhere that would have fallen off and been lots of money for a new set.

Lulian was punctual and did the diagnostic quickly but once the fault was identified he wasn't able to carry out the repair required. I now have to pay an additional £144 to have the fault diagnosed by a main dealer before they do the repair so the diagnostic provided by Lulian on behalf of Clickmechanic was a complete waste of time at a cost of £95 to myself. We won't use Clickmechanic again.

Hi sir, you pay and ask for a diagnostic witch I done, you pay for you to now what is the issue, resolving is not all the time in my power, some car and some sistem sometimes needs a dedicated tool, like a mobile mechanic and garage I am in the possession of a large range of tools but can't have all for this sometime is necessary a main dealer assistance or a dedicated mechanic for the brand, finally I reakon you recive the service witch you ask, a diagnostic, thanks Iulian
