Dan was awesome. Was a bit late on the day as he had trouble getting some of the parts, but he explained why the more expensive parts would be better for me and still came out cheaper than the next nearest quote I had. Recommended him to my friend Joshua (with the CRV who left a review just before me) who also had a great experience.

Dan was absolutely fantastic. Great communication, friendly guy, and was quick and efficient. He also let me know that a part I had requested didn't actually need replacing and returned the part, which saved me money. I loved my experience and would definitely use Dan again. It was such a painless, convenient experience.

Work deferred from Tuesday to Wednesday then Friday whilst waiting for parts to arrive. On Friday told parts cost £150 more ?
When fitted didn't cure problem. Mechanic coming back with another part adding a further £350 to cost Ouch. Nice bloke though. Semed to know what the was talking about

yes i am happy with the communication plus punctuality and the workmanship.
however i have been charged for a water pump that i supplied to Charlie, so can i be sent an updated invoice please minus the water pump cost of £46.99. plus can the invoice state the mileage at change of 131,505 miles please, as this is important should i choose to sell the car.
plus i have checked the parts prices and they are some 30% more expensive than Eurocaparts and thats retail !!.
The original quote was £309 and then to be invoiced £468 without any prior notice i don't feel is fair or professional.
however on the whole i am pleased, although my wallet is considerably lighter than Click Mechanic lead me to believe it would be after the work had been done.
