Amazing! On time, friendly and very professional... and £300 cheaper than the quote I got from my local garage!

Dan was punctual and kept me informed with the repair. When there was more work involved and more parts needed Dan organised to come back the next day to sort this out.

Dan (Essex Fleet Care) was excellent at keeping me informed of what was happening. He phoned on the morning the work was due to be done to say he would be delayed slightly (40 minutes). When he arrived he got on with the job and had it completed in less time than had been estimated. Very happy with the service from Dan.

Dan was great fixed the thermostat in less than an hour great service will definitely recommend

Dan was very good. Sadly he couldn't fix my issue but gave helpful suggestions as to my next steps. Genuinely seemed to care and was disappointed he hadn't been able to sort for me.

Could be slightly better on communication as a predicted 2 hour ish timeline turned into 4 which left me a little nervous having given my car to a 'stranger'.

Arrived late, completed requested work but we were unsatisfied with the performance of the brakes and handbrake post work.
Submitted recommendations provided by Dan (Essex) back into Click Mechanic in order to improve things and now being ignored. Apparently the original work was more lucrative than the follow up.

Appalling customer service and communication skills. Have now had to book back in with ATS and will not be using Click Mechanic again in future.
