Was punctual and turned up on time. Happy with the quality of workmanship and professionalism. We had a minor issue but they were quick to resolve which speaks volumes as mistakes do happen. I will use them in the future and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Mechanic was really friendly. I did however have lots of problems
1) price. I had a nasty surprise with the billed price being £40 more than the website quoted. I was told this was because the part was only available from a main dealer but surely the online price should reflect available parts pricing.
2) the part wasn't available for the day I booked. The system shouldnt have allowed booking on that day (a week after booking made) and the mechanic shouldnt have accepted if the part wasnt likely to be available
3) Fitting took two visits as the wrong part was ordered for the first visit

Andrew carried out a pre purchase inspection for me. Excellent communication and detialed inspection carried out. Can now purchase the vehicle with confidence.
