While he was excellent click mechanic was not so good! Quoted for the job and then on the day the price went up by nearly £200! While some movement in price is expected the amount they were saying was too much in my opinion. All because the parts price had increased! Surly they check that BEFORE they give you a quote! When you live on a budget suddenly finding you are 200 adrift is a little frustration! Then to be told to go and research the prices myself was shocking customer service. Hopefully this is an isolated incident as the mechanics I have had from click mechanic are normally great, it is the company behind them that is letting the side down! Read more
