yes i am happy with the communication plus punctuality and the workmanship.
however i have been charged for a water pump that i supplied to Charlie, so can i be sent an updated invoice please minus the water pump cost of £46.99. plus can the invoice state the mileage at change of 131,505 miles please, as this is important should i choose to sell the car.
plus i have checked the parts prices and they are some 30% more expensive than Eurocaparts and thats retail !!.
The original quote was £309 and then to be invoiced £468 without any prior notice i don't feel is fair or professional.
however on the whole i am pleased, although my wallet is considerably lighter than Click Mechanic lead me to believe it would be after the work had been done.

Dan was great, so efficient and fitted a new alternator in no time, meaning I could get back on the road quickly. He also checked other bits in the engine. I asked if he would check my oil and water which he did. I would definitely use again

The fixed price repair was £16 more expensive than the cost when the booking made.
There is now a fault with the Audio system which had not occurred before the repair
