This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! The mechanic could not find the wheel nut key, took it upon himself without my permission to break the wheel nuts and then attempted to charge me 110 pounds extra, I called the mechanic and said I will absolutely not be paying 110 pounds extra on what was already costing me over 355 pounds. The mechanic, based in Rettendon refused to finish the job and said he would return the car. I had already informed click mechanic I needed the car back for 4 p.m the car was not returned untill after 6.30 p.m, I missed 2 appointments and had taken the day off work. The mechanic said I would be charged 40 pounds for cancelling the job, I NEVER cancelled the job! the mechanic cancelled I tried to call click mechanic to report my disappointment, the number on the email was not a valid number I messaged the company and told them they did not have my permission to take my money but they have! I'm disgusted with the poor service and I still have a clutch which needs replacing you have wasted my time and stolen my money and broke my clock DO NOY USE!!!!! Read more

Done top quality job. Really nice guy, was bit late but rung to let me know. Also was given wrong parts from suppliers but he sorted very quickly

My mechanic was reliable, friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm really pleased with the efficient way that the work was carried out and my car is now working perfectly.

Mechanic was polite and carried out the work efficiently ... when he eventually turned up!
HOWEVER .....
First booked day ... apparently couldn't get the part needed (he did ring to say so during the morning).
Second day ... was arranged to turn up, but didn't and no one called to explain. I'd already tried to call a few times, but couldn't get an answer. By 5pm I gave up and went home.
Day three ... Had to call clickmechanic yet again and eventually got a call to arrange the visit at lunchtime, which he did.
Overall a very disappointing experience with the organisation and contact!!

Dan was great, got on with the job and was quick considering the job and the car.
