Initially slow contact made as late collection.explained reason unable to guarentee would be returned same day due to late pick up.returned next afternoon which delayed trip away..but communicatefd to explain would be with us as soon as possible.

Service completed was great. Was an hour late (outside of the 2 hour window) communication was great

the mechanic was great, however because you had sourced a part which he then couldn’t get for two days, when my car should have been done on the Thursday it couldn’t be done till the Saturday due to the bank holiday. This was NOT the fault of the mechanic but clickmechanic themselves, and the mechanic had to ask one of his staff to come in over the bank holiday weekend to do the work, as he didn’t want me to wait any longer without a car!

As the work was being carried out by the mechanic they kept use informed with the progress of the job also any issues that occured during.

Very happy with the work and service provided. Timely, great communications and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

Car was picked up in between the times they’d given, was happy with the work done and was dropped back off the same day. Would recommend.
