I had a clutch replacement on a Peugeot 107 and it now works fine. However, my car was due to be colleceted between 0800-1000 and it was collected after 6 phone calls at 1445. This caused me to lose money by taking time off work and was not compensated in any way despite me telling the mechanic my situation. Also, upon collection/ drop off, the mechanic wasnt very talkative and left in a hurry at 2030. This experience has been very hard going and i feel it could have gone a lot smoother had the mechanic changed plans slightly and been honest and apologetic.

This is an amendment my previous review stated a negative which has now been rectified at the first and quickest opportunity. Many thanks Swinton recovery and I'll be seeing you for further repairs. Cheers lads.

The mechanic was friendly and very helpful and I’m appreciative of the effort he made to get my van back to me for the working week. However, my battery hasn’t been fixed back with its Brackett and the Brackett appears to be missing but had one beforehand so that need rectifying as it’s dangerous and if the battery jumps up and hit my bonnet it will trip the circuit. My clutch pedal is rattling like mad all of a sudden. PAS was making a bit of electrical droning noise beforehand but now it’s even worse.

I didn't get the meet my mechanic because I was in work the entire day but the communication was excellent and the service the provided was invaluable to me.

Due to work commitments I couldn't get time off for an MOT so the fact they came out to collect my car and returned it was extremely convenient.

The people in the garage I spoke to were really helpful and polite so I would definatley recommend them in future.

Unfortunately for me the cost of repairing my car at this time is too much but I appreciated how straight forward they were with me.

Very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. The mechanic, Andy, who visited the car I was considering buying was punctual and carried out the pre purchase inspection with no problems. He gave me a call after the inspection as requested and discussed the inspection with me answering all my questions and was happy for me to call him back if I had any further questions. Full report received following day. Not being mechanically knowledgable myself I found this service invaluable and would be more than happy to use ClickMechanic and Andy again. Thank you.

Brill car was collected late but they kept in contact with me to keep me informed on what was happening as they did have a few issues getting it brill garege will definitely use them next time
