Jim was excellent. Arrived on time and communicated well throughout the process.

Problem was fixed quickly and without fuss. Even saved money as new parts were not required as I first thought. Too banana!

James was excellent - he was personable; he was punctual and got in touch while he was en route to confirm his arrival time (so there was no need for hanging around); he confirmed the price of the work in advance and appears to have carried it out satisfactorily.

This is the first of me using a mobile mechanics and Jim was superb. very communicative from start to finish and sent an ETA the morning of the work. My car had run out of Diesel and he had it fixed within 20 minutes. Jim fixed my bonnet for no additional charge and explained to my partner and I exactly what he had done. Great service which I will use again.

Jim actually ended up coming a day early to complete the work. I was not about, but we arranged the safe collection of keys. Jim stayed in touch and informed me when the work was done. I was then able to call him to ask about the completed work. All in all, a seamless process.
