This was the first time I have used a mechanic this way and I must say I am delighted with it. The pre-appointment communications were first-class, the mechanic (Jim) turned up when he said he would, was extremely pleasant and carried out the work (freeing up seized rear brakes) on a bitterly cold day within the price quoted, Excellent all round
