Queensway were great to deal with. Communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to make me happy even though there was a misunderstanding on my part.
I mistakenly thought 'pick up' meant a tow truck, as I didn't want my car driven with it's misfire. So when their guy came to drive my car to the garage, I explained I didn't want that. No problem. They sent someone the next day (today) to do the work on my driveway within the tight time slot I had available. There was no extra charge either. So pleased with the service and I'm happy to recommend Queensway!

They did an amazing job in a short time and fast. The mechanic was really friendly. The prices are all reasonable and worth it, the mechanic was able to find other problems that I wasn't told from, when given to other places. Overall I would 100% recommend to anyone who has problems with their car
