One word, Excellent. Have never used ClickMechanic before, or the garage Queensway Autos Repairs.
I found the service to be quick and reliable and most importantly, Honest.
Queensway saved me a considerable amount of money with their honest appraisal of work required on my van ( which a different garage had insisted needed doing - unnecessarily as it turned out), and l thank Queensway for their diligence and honesty in the matter.

Queensway were very helpful. At first I booked to get the fuel filter changed. They called me and asked me a few questions and made me realise I booked the wrong repair. They they scheduled in the correct repair for me and it was done very quickly. Staff were all polite and helpful, would highly recommend.

Not, I’m not happy.
My car is been bucket for 1 thing £200
The mechanic told me completely different and tell me price £1600 .
I went to another garage and cost me £150

HI we have just read the comments and we are a bit confused the job was booked in as a exhorts manifold replacement no mention of a water leek
when we inspected the car we found water leaking from around the cylinder head area at the back end
we asked you who diagnosed the car and you told me it was your self and you are a mechanic and had no time to do it your self
unfortunately the the issue with the car is not the exerts manifold we went on to give you a price on a possibility and not on a fact until moor investigation and a pressure test is is carried out it is impossible to be accurate we only suggest it might be the head gasket because where the water was leaking from visibly that's what it looked like therefor we gave you an approximate price and is impossible to give you accurate figure until moor investigations are carried out we also explained the cost is not accurate and is only an guesstimate but at this point you just wanted the car returned returned
