This was the first time I used Click Mechanic and I was very impressed with Queensway. They rang first thing to let me know that they were on their way, arrived when they said that they would, rang when a small change to the job was needed and clearly explained why, and delivered the car back to me with the work all done within 5 hours. I then received an itemised check list of the work that had been undertaken as part of the service and a receipt by email. Very impressed and have already recommended them to a friend!
