Ford Galaxy Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

Had a Pre-purchase Inspection. I wasn't present but got a phone call from the mechanic soon after. Very good service. Detailed report. Was reassured that there were no major problems with the car despite it being 11 years old. The inspection helped me to get 3 worn tyres replaced by the motor trader before I bought the car. I would use this service again.

Renault Master Supply and fit starter motor

My work's van needed a new starter motor, but on inspection, needed another part also. A part that had to come from Renault in France and would take 30 days!!
Alex did his very best and did not give up. He managed to sort the problem by improvising, and coming up with another solution. Hew came out to me at nine o'clock at night so that I may have my vehicle for work the next day.
I've never experienced this level of service before, and it shows the big companies how it should be done.
I will recommend Eastlake to everyone.

The mechanic was warm and friendly and on time told me what was wrong with the car although it was not what I wanted to hear but his advise was the right thing to do. would recommend your service.

Alex was excellent,arrived when he said he would and was a vert pleasant young man. He carried out the work very efficiently and professionally . When he encountered a problem that was not attributed to the anything forseen(the car is old and a part was not working).He sourced the part and returned later in the evening to fit it when he should have at that time been sitting down at home.! Couldn't fault him.
