Very personable friendly bloke. Arrived slightly ahead of texted time, declined offer of a coffee and got straight down to the job. Happy to ask my inane questions, finished in the suggested time and departed with a cheery wave. Service from the whole arrangement was very good.

BMW 3 Series Diagnostic Inspection

Test drove the car and came to an opinion about the issue. No further inspection. Yet to take in for further diagnosis to ascertain corectness.

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. With all due respect that is what you paid for, to diagnose the issue with your vehicle. Unfortunately there are multiple factors involved including your fitting of new front discs that had been in your posestion for a while yet not replacing the front brake pads. You were told that this could be an issue causing a high heat spot on the disc as the pads would not sit flush. This issue does need further investigation which was offered in the workshop for you instead of being carried out at the roadside.

The mechanic came today, as they had contacted saying they were having problems getting the part. The mechanic was very nice & done the work , plus also give advice to what he thought may be causing the problem. Would recommend the company to friends & family.
