Very friendly team and I am happy with the work carried out. They identified a further problem and this was also rectified.

Arrived in the slot and carried out the work very quickly, and kept me informed.

Drove my car from my house which I told them it wasnt drivable blew my turbo which wasnt the isue and then made me pay for a recovery truck to pick up my broken car. Only wanted a regen and a chemical clean and they well and truley fu#### my car up.

Car was undrivable due to broken coil spring. Quick stop have arranged a recovery to their garage and returned the car once work was done (same day). Very friendly and polite also car drives a lot better than before. Having used garages like halfords and even Williams bmw I would definitely recommend these guys and will use again shall any issue arises.

A shambles of a service from everyone involved. Avoid Quick Stop Autocentres and Click Mechanic at all costs.

I booked in for a routine service and MOT in May. Just after I had the car handed back and the drivers had gone, I noticed large white scrape/paint marks and dents all down the passenger side of the car. Not only that, the mileage on the MOT certificate was 95,669 and when I received the car back it was on 95,701. Given the garage is only 7.5 miles from my house, how have they managed to rack up 40 miles after the MOT?? I figured I could check my dash cam footage but alas the dash cam was conveniently unplugged for the return journey so I have no idea where my car has been, what it has been used for, and how they managed to damage my car. Other reviewers also noted excess mileage on the car so this clearly isn’t a one off.

Obviously they denied everything and they know I don’t have proof because the unplugged my dash cam, but they even suggested someone in my family had damaged the car and not told me about it which is just a laughable excuse.

I wouldn't trust Quick Stop Autocentres to pump up my tyres never mind another MOT and service, and I'll never use Click Mechanic again as these are supposedly carefully vetted mechanics but when things go wrong, Click Mechanic won’t offer any meaningful assistance other than a half arsed apology email. Dreadful from start to finish ….avoid at all costs…. Cost me £1000 and still have the same fault …total cowboys who don’t have a clue what there doing
