Amir was great. Good communication and very helpful. Good customer service and went out of his way to help while my car was stuck 400miles away from home and my dad had to communicate with him on my behalf.

I used quick stop autocentre through click mechanic for a head gasket repair. The price was really good and the reviews for the business looked good also, so I went ahead with it. Communication was poor from the garage. Originally the garage sent the vehicle back to me and it broke down on its way back to me. When I spoke to the garage they said that the injectors needed coding (which is impossible as it is a PD injector which is controlled by the Cam shaft), and that they couldn’t code them because they couldn’t see the software, yet before undertaking any work should have checked to make sure that their software was compatible with the vehicle.



I had to get the vehicle recovered and then sent back to them. They then did some more work and sent the vehicle back, saying that it was "better than perfect". The following videos show how the vehicle was returned to me.

After trying to get Quickstop to check the vehicle and r4epair it upto the standard that i paid for, and being repeatedly told that their work was upto standard, I had no option but to take it to a different garage to get it checked. They found that when the timing had been replaced, used water pump and timing belts were used, the timing belt was fraying, and the housings were all damaged. the rocker gasket was damaged causing an oil leak, and the turbo pipes were damaged also. Quickstop charged for new parts, used old parts, and sent a vehicle away that was dangerous. You can see the used parts that Quickstop charged for new parts here.

Brilliant service. Car now drives like a dream. Very friendly and punctual.

My car didn't arrive back for 2 1/2 days after service and MOT. A replacement part took two days to arrive and be fitted. When I eventually got my car back after several phone calls my service book had not been stamped even though I left it on the front passenger seat.

No idea about mechanic. No contact. Work was done. That's it. The guy who came to collect my car arrived in a bashed up car that he struggled to park in an empty street. None of this inspires confidence. Nothing to suggest he was from a garage. Car came back about 18:00. Work had apparently been done and mot, car smelled awful on return. Will not be using this garage again.

As far as I am aware they have done the job I requested. The mechanic had a good chat with me abut the car and issues I have had and explained it all in detail, even though it was far past their closed time. I have found that I have been paying for things I did not need with another garage so I will be using them in future
