The most appalling customer service experience I have suffered in memory. I accept things go wrong from time to time. And the mechanic did make a good effort to remedy things. However ClickMechanic's overall responsiveness and willingness to take ownership and put things right was atrocious. Under no circumstances will I use this 'service' again and recommend anyone wanting a mobile car service looks elsewhere.
