Hi again this is my third feedback, and I am very disapointed with service. I have spoken with chrysler who stated that the fault code refers to sensor 9 not the control module. As all sensors are new this is a simple swop not an expensive replacement of the control module as recommended by Paul. Chrysler also state that there must be a fault code for the tyre sensors, if not an inappropriate tool was used for the vehicle . With this in mind I feel I should have a full refund as the service was substandard. I would appreciate a timely reply. David

very polite, fully explained what the problem was, and even showed me what he was going to do to fix the problem. very satisfied and would ask for the same person again if need to use clickmechanic again.

Paul was very helpful in explaining to me the things I needed to do. After finding the Fault Codes, he advice me that the job can be done by myself so I did it & now the car is fixed. Thanks to Paul!
