I had to replace my battery and I got a quote online on click mechanic website. Since I had urgency I provided notes on the quote that whether I could get the mechanic same day. ( This is positive as it is quick and prompt)
Click mechanic team arranged a mechanic on the same day and mechanic arrived on time as said. (this is positive as it is on time)
The battery bought was not fitting to my vehicle and the mechanic tied it with some self fixing wires and suggested it passes MOT. ( The quality is poor here my previous battery was fitted with nuts and strong holder )
After sales support from Mechanic and Click mechanic team is worst.
I had to get my receipt for the battery which neither mechanic nor click mechanic team handed over to me. I raised a case in resolution centre first time for which mechanic replied that he is posting a Receipt which I never received and later he said he drops a receipt at my door next day but he never dropped then I contacted Click mechanic team who suggested Mr Paul to scan and attach receipt. Mr Paul wrote Battery name and warranty time on piece of paper and scanned and attached to my case which is highly unacceptable behaviour I noticed first time.
Then Immediately I called click mechanic customer team to ask what kind of receipt was that, for that click mechanic customer representative suggested that it is enough and suggested that I do not need to have receipt.
If Paul has bought the battery why can not he provide a copy of receipt to customer after all customer has paid for the battery.
It is worst after sales from click mechanic customer services and mechanic. I never ever suggest any one to book through web site.

Paul was polite, friendly and professional and did a good job considering the difficulty of the job in a mobile environment (pretty much a top end engine rebuild). I'm very pleased and impressed with the service from both Paul himself and how quick and convenient the Click Mechanic service was.

Stated he'd fixed a non-functioning indicator by earthing it to the car body work. Wire was wrapped around a black-oxide screw (non-conducting) holding a plastic bumper in place and got lucky that it had started working again.
