Car was picked up outside of the allotted slot due to someone not turning up for work but they prioritised my service and MOT as promised and got my car back to me within the agreed timeframe. Collection driver was a very polite and reassuring young. Will definitely use next time

No fitted part as requested but makes horrible noises. Fitted part to opposite side which was not authorised and charged me £40 extra and that’s noisy as well , was quiet before.

Hi Chris, thanks for taking your time out to leave a review. These reviews are seen by all customers, hence why we feel the need to give the full information. Car was booked in for a shock, part was labelled by the parts company for the drivers side for some reason hence why the mechanic started to look at that side of the vehicle. Although you weren't booked in for that side it was a good thing it was looked at as the top mount had excessive play in it, this is when the workshop called you to let you know about this and advised to change it which you agreed to. We did not charge any additional labour for that work which we explained, we just charged the cost of the top mount. After the work was completed the car was still making a noise, other than the shock on the passenger side and the top mount on the drivers we put the car back together as it was, we also left the old parts in the vehicle just to mention incase you thought otherwise. To claim we made this issue is unfair, we advised that we would be happy to identify the actual issue but it would be chargeable of course as we would come out to collect the vehicle again and work on it, which you weren't happy about. This case is ongoing, yet you have left us a negative review before giving us the chance to rectify. Read more

Great job. Car runs much better now after service. Oil leak mentioned in mot but fully discussed and recommendation's given, no extra work done.
