Very happy with the work- we had problem with timings but it all worked out in the end- very happy with the experience overall.

The driver was was a little late collecting which wasn't a problem, he was polite enough & said the car would be returned the same day which I would have hoped so as it was only an interim service & MOT but what I didn't realise was it was 108 mile round trip! Had I have known that I wouldn't have sent my car there but as a first time user of Click Mechanic I didn't realise they would travel this far. The car was returned on time with the fuel light on (only topped up £20 yesterday which normally gets me well over 130 miles?) & smelling if cigarette smoke which isn't nice for a non smoker. I would probably use Click Mechanic again, but a garage closer to home next time.

My car was picked up within the timescale given. The work was completed although it took a few calls to get a time for the return of the car
