Took the car for an MOT. Came back that afternoon.
Staff were cool.
Worst I can say is it was 2hrs late back (no updates given) and car smelt of smoke - so not too bad

Really happy with the service — they replaced my brake discs and pads and made the whole process easy by picking up and dropping off my car. Professional, punctual, and great communication throughout. The car feels perfect now.
It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but I’d definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Really good service from start to finish.

Hi had work done car was brought back to me had to send car back to garage no hand break working and grinding noise coming from the back wheels now still waiting for my car for the second time not very happy with service to be truefull

Good afternoon, we appreciate your feedback and we can only apologise you feel this way. Just to address the issue of the handbrake which was working, however it was loose which needed adjustment. The job was booked as break disks and pads only, we suggested the break shoes needed doing. We changed all the necessary parts for brand new with pictures included, the vehicle is on the way back to you. If you are still unhappy get in touch and we can investigate further about the noise you are referring to.

Volvo XC40 Diagnostic Inspection

I’m afraid I didn’t gain any new insight from the visit. The advice provided was very generic and essentially reflected information that is readily available online.
Given the nature of the issue, I would have expected a proper diagnostic inspection using the appropriate equipment for a Volvo XC40 (2019). Without that, suggesting possibilities such as cleaning or replacing the AdBlue sensor, or even replacing the AdBlue pump, feels speculative and not based on a clear diagnosis.
This approach comes across as somewhat unprofessional and risks unnecessary costs. Overall, it has been quite disappointing.
