very happy with the service. Previously used clickmechanic for a service but this time my work required was a full service and MOT didnt realise the mechanic was from Birmingham so they had to take the car there for the MOT.
Overall happy with the service provided and will definitely use again but maybe someone more local next time

I barely spoke with anybody. I told the mechanic who collected the car the brake pad were advised to be replaced on my recent MOT. That was it.
Car taken and returned within a few hours. No explanation of work, just kets handed over. I assume the pads had been changed.
