Yasar Mahmood was great - communicated with me well and was patient, flexible and punctual as I made last minute changes to the booking (collection location and time). Gave great advice on the advisory he’d left me in terms of timeframe. The collection/delivery chaps were friendly and helpful too, I felt very trusting leaving my car in their hands. Great communication throughout from both mechanic and drivers.
