I am not at all happy to charge £135 for Labour to change wipers and a bush after paying for Full Service, this is ridiculous

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the labour charge. I do want to reassure you that all pricing was discussed and agreed before any work was carried out, and we only proceeded once you were happy to go ahead.
The labour cost reflects the time and work involved, and the parts themselves came to over £90. Even with this, our prices remain lower than dealer rates while still using quality parts and maintaining a high standard of service.
If you’d like to go through the invoice in more detail or have any further questions, we’re more than happy to help.
