I only spoke on the phone with Yasar, he was lovely to chat with and provided me with all the information I wanted about the vehicle including pictures and videos via whatsapp.
With that information I decided not to proceed with the purchase, and I was very happy with the work.

The mechanic was thorough and very friendly. He spent enough time making sure things were disassembled and assembled correctly.

Yasar appeared professional and spoke to me before the PPI. I received a follow up call a few hours later, Yasar later explained why there was a delay in call back. Yasar explained what was going on with the car and showed photos which was helpful. I did ask a follow up question but did not get a response to this. I bought the car the as advised the car was mechanically well. Following this I bought the car the next day, only 5-10 minutes after buying and driving the engine light came on. Having to sort this and will have to pay to fix this issue.
