Nathaniel was nice enough to help, but my car still won't start so the job is unfinished. I paid £150 for him to replace a battery that still doesn't work

Hello Georgina. We are truly sorry to hear that after your originally booked battery replacement the vehicle has encountered a new fault & can understand your frustration. Unfortunately we came to you for a diagnostics for a car won’t start inspection & on arrival quickly realised this was because of a flat/dead battery & so a replacement was advised right away which we happily carried out on your behalf. The vehicle started on all multiple test runs & alternator was tested to be working fine. Unfortunately on our visit it was also clear to both our technicians & yourself that there was a apparent rodent infestation within the engine bay before your battery replacement was carried out & although the battery was dead, unfortunately these kind of infestation at that sort of magnitude can cause other issues for example such as chewed wires etc (which in this case there was evidence of chewed components although it did not relate to the dead battery directly) & all evidence of this was/has been attached to any previous reports.
To round it all off, the vehicle did start & drive but potentially something separate may have caused the vehicle to now not start & we are happy to always come out & carry out another diagnosis focusing on exactly that.
