Nathaniel was excellent and was able to detect an engine issue during the pre-sale inspection of a used car I was looking to buy. The issue only occured after some driving and wasn't picked up by the computer testing.

This has saved me 1000s in future repair costs so I definitely recommend the premium pre-sale inspection.

Nathaniel was truly amazing and thorough. He spotted an oil leak which could’ve charged us a lot of money to fix after purchase. He also highlighted other significant issues and cosmetic damages which helped us get all the issues resolved prior to purchase. He even offered to look through the pictures of the repairs to provide his opinion on the reliability of the repairs.

He updated us over the phone and provided a written report in less than 24 hours. We can’t thank him enough for his amazing service.

Yes, knowledgeable and extremely accomodating. Unfortunately, the mechanic was not able to complete the task as there is more involved than first thought. The mechanic gave me some next steps which I plan to explore.

Really couldn’t have asked any more of Nathaniel. Gave a perfect and extensive inspection, knew exactly what he was doing. Very friendly and great to talk to. I 100% recommend him and genuinely couldn’t think of a single complaint. 10/10.

Nathaniel is amazing. There was a delay with the seller when Nathaniel first arrived to check the vehicle so he wasn’t able to do the work straight away, but he still went out of his way and found the time to check the vehicle out which I really appreciated. I spoke with him after and he advised me on his findings which saved me from purchasing a faulty car. I would definitely use Nathaniel again when booking an inspection and if I do need any work on a car in the future I would request Nathaniel to do it, if it’s something that he is able to do.
