The mechanic, Nathaniel; was 1st class; I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of cars. Nathaniel was happy to talk through the report answering any questions following the pre-purchase vehicle assessment which was extremely helpful. Nathaniel's response time to queries via the ClickMechanic messaging platform was good, and he kindly agreed to reschedule my appointment to assess a different car than what was originally planned which was a smooth process supported by ClickMechanic admin.. I highly recommend ClickMechanic and Nathaniel, and I will request his/their services again.
