Nathanial was excellent. He arrived within 4-5 hours of booking. I spoke to him before the inspection, during and afterwards and he gave really quick feedback and helped my daughter negotiate with the dealer selling the car to get new tyres fitted. He also checked an oil leak by tightening the sump plug and running the engine for 20 minutes on a ramp. Thoroughly recommended.

Nathaniel was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and explained what he had checked so far. From his initial inspection he felt the car was worth buying, which was helpful. However, the inspection felt a bit rushed as he arrived early and left before the booked time slot ended, so I didn’t get the chance to meet him in person or go through the car together. Overall a decent service, but the experience could have been improved with more time and clearer expectations.
