Great service - would use again any time! Knew his stuff, courteous, informed, professional.

Nathanial was very good. Very receptive to my requests and questions. Took the time to explain what would happen and what he found by way of phone. Followed up with a comprehensive report with photos and explanations of the contents of these photos. Very satisifed. 🥳

Nathaniel is a really top guy. Super friendly, knows his stuff, and amazing at communicating. Gave me the peace of mind I was looking for and answered my follow up questions.

The mechanic was very friendly and sorted my van very quickly very happy with the service

Nethaniel was very polite, friendly and professional. He came very quickly.

While the quality of the work was satisfactory, I was disappointed by the communication regarding the delayed report. I was unable to reach anyone for an update and did not receive the mechanic's direct number until later. Fortunately, speaking with him directly resolved my concerns about the report.
Thanks

Nathaniel was fantastic - honest, knowledgeable and efficient! Was able to inspect the car with expertise, see through claims of the dealership and provide an independent view. Very helpful!

Nathaniel communicated with me brilliantly and kept me updated. He was punctual and professional and finished really quickly. Would highly recommend.

Nathaniel kept me informed of the process before and after the pre-inspection, he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with his service.

Brilliant work done by Nathaniel. My first use of Click Mechanic but would definitely use again. Top marks
