Yes he was friendly and knowledgeable. Although my battery was not set up properly he sorted it out to my satisfaction.

Very friendly ,knowledgable and helpful mechanic. Helped me to understand a lot about the vehicle and navigate a dodgy sales man. Remained respectful when the sales man was disrespectful and navigated the vehicle breaking down in the middle of the test drive well.

The mechanic, Nathaniel; was 1st class; I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of cars. Nathaniel was happy to talk through the report answering any questions following the pre-purchase vehicle assessment which was extremely helpful. Nathaniel's response time to queries via the ClickMechanic messaging platform was good, and he kindly agreed to reschedule my appointment to assess a different car than what was originally planned which was a smooth process supported by ClickMechanic admin..
