They did a really good job for my Audi A3 sedan. Didnt try and oversell and did what was required. Highly recommended

Communication was fantastic throughout. A slightly later delay to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances but was updated throughout the day. The job was discovered to not be as simple as first thought. So was advised of issues and given options on how to proceed and photos provided of the issues to send re assurance. Over all 10/10 service and will use again!

I'll be honest the system was messed up I don't even think it was the engineer as once arrives he was good, the booking system showed 11 o'clock appointment no messages or email to say we're late and then after 12:30 and sending a message via the website I finally got told they guys was 45 mins away

Anyway rebooked for Saturday the guy turned up and just read the car and gave me this information aid he would come back to me later in the day with the quote

Now Tuesday still no word but have booked in with my local mechanic as at least he will show.up.in time and follow through, just a shame it I wasted £90 for five min appointment

I’ve never used click mechanic before but needed my car fixed in a Saturday so I didn’t have to take the day off work. I was really sceptical however I got a call Saturday morning confirming the time the mechanic would be with me, he fixed my car right outside my house within an hour and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other prices I’d been quoted elsewhere!

My mechanic Bill was absolutely brilliant! I’ll be recommending click mechanic to everyone!

Ryan was friendly and very knowledgeable and did a great job in a short amount of time. Great service in that he collected my car from my home and brought it back and reasonable cost! He responded to messages when I requested updates and sent me photos of the work carried out afterwards
