Mark contacted me first thing in the morning to check everything was on for collection in the agreed time slot, and arrived shortly after to take the vehicle away. This was my Vauxhall Astra having the full cam belt kit auxiliary belt and water pump replaced and despite me expecting them to probably keep the vehicle overnight I was pleasantly surprised and impressed to see it delivered back by 5:30 in the evening. Incredible service, very impressive! They even took a whole bunch of photos of different stages of the job and showing parts replaced, which I hadn't ask for but appreciated the extra effort they went to, to show what work they did. I was also very impressed with the cost, quite a bit less than a few quotes I had received for the exact same work, so I would absolutely recommend A1 Autos and will definitely request this company when booking again in future, especially when needing this kind of critical and complex work carried out.
