Excellent both times I have used them, certainly better than the previous mechanic booked last week who failed to turn up.

Steve and Ryan at A1 Autos were fantastic - lovely guys who definitely know their stuff.

It was a great experience from start to finish.

Guys turnt up on time, notified myself that they were on route and then I got the car back the same day.

My sons car was picked up between the slot we choose, mechanic was friendly and efficient.
The only thing I would have liked is a bit more communication of when work was completed, and an idea on when they were dropping the car back.
Overall great service and will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

The booking was for a service and MOT with A1 Autos. It was very easy to arrange on a day and at a time to suit me. My car was collected at the agreed time and returned promptly. It has the usual "post-service feel", so I know work was carried out and I have found no problems with the work. The gentleman who collected the car and brought it back was polite and quick and I have no complaints.

Steve and Ryan were informative on advising the best route for my replacement battery advised if further work need they would get a quote and advise. Excellent customer service
