The mechanic was prompt on time, I admired the skill with which he loaded my Wife’s car to take it away and returned it to the drive. He was indeed most pleasant even though he was wet through !

The car was picked up in time and transported to the garage. The guy who picked it up was cheerful in the face of a full gale and in the pouring rain.
The clutch replacement was carried out in good time and returned with courtesy.
