The booking was for a service and MOT with A1 Autos. It was very easy to arrange on a day and at a time to suit me. My car was collected at the agreed time and returned promptly. It has the usual "post-service feel", so I know work was carried out and I have found no problems with the work. The gentleman who collected the car and brought it back was polite and quick and I have no complaints.

Steve and Ryan were informative on advising the best route for my replacement battery advised if further work need they would get a quote and advise. Excellent customer service

The price was very reasonable & it was booked promptly without any fuss. The fact that they collected & dropped off the car was great. I think the communication could have been better - I was out when they dropped the car off so I did not really speak to the mechanic but I’ve just driven the car & it seems great.
