Bill was over 30 minutes late over the allocated 2 hour time slot. He took the car which was booked in for a full service at a cost of £207 but found the brakes to be in a bad condition. I was quoted approx £340-360 for the parts + 2 hours labour. The total bill came to £847, including the service, I was
a bit shocked. However, the motor was returned by Bill, who was very friendly, professional & polite. When I drove the car the following day there was quite a loud 'clanking' noise coming from the car. I phoned A1 Autos and they were great, Bill came & collected the car the next day and was all fixed and due to a manufacturers faulty part and it was returned, all done in a very quick turn around. The mechanic was great - very happy with the work done and the service. Full service plus brake pads and dics replaced, Motpicked up and dropped of in a timely manner.
