Amazing service, went above and beyond, lovely people, would 100% recommend

My A1 mechanic was great. Called me when he was nearby both times. Turned up about half an hour after the 2 hour window but this wasn’t a problem for me personally. Did a great job on the service and MOt and gave me some advice on the car.
I love this service in general, it is so convenient when you don’t have time to take your car somewhere and wait.

At first he seemed to have done a good job but he forgot to reset the service interval on the on board computer. I now get a message that the next service is due about 700 miles which is total rubbish. It’s as if he has not done the service.
This needs to be remedied immediately
I would have contacted you on the phone but it always goes to an answering machine which just disconnects me before I can say anything.

Job well done.. I am happy for the test carried. I received the car the same day.

They did a really good job for my Audi A3 sedan. Didnt try and oversell and did what was required. Highly recommended

Communication was fantastic throughout. A slightly later delay to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances but was updated throughout the day. The job was discovered to not be as simple as first thought. So was advised of issues and given options on how to proceed and photos provided of the issues to send re assurance. Over all 10/10 service and will use again!

I'll be honest the system was messed up I don't even think it was the engineer as once arrives he was good, the booking system showed 11 o'clock appointment no messages or email to say we're late and then after 12:30 and sending a message via the website I finally got told they guys was 45 mins away

Anyway rebooked for Saturday the guy turned up and just read the car and gave me this information aid he would come back to me later in the day with the quote

Now Tuesday still no word but have booked in with my local mechanic as at least he will show.up.in time and follow through, just a shame it I wasted £90 for five min appointment

Whole system was disappointing to be honest.
