Marcel arrived on time with his colleague and mentor Steve. They quickly reviewed the symptoms and concluded that the timing chain and guides were damaged and repairs would be best executed in a garage rather than by a mobile mechanic.
I was impressed by their knowledge and straight forward advice.

Volkswagen Golf Headlamp bulb replacement - low beam (one)

He was unable to do the job and charged full price. This was not his fault but the fault of clickmechanic for accepting the job without the correct knowledge of what was required.

I really sorry but the job was ment to be a quick light bulb change (was only quoted as a 0.09h job) which ended up in me spending nearly 2 hours having to take the front end off to get to you light and was only charged for the quick 10 minute job not for the 1 hour and 45 minute I was there
