I feel like I didn’t really get a diagnosis - I paid £84 to be told that you won’t know fully without stripping the top off, I booked diagnostics to find out what the issue was and still no closer that what I already knew of it could be X Y Z

Hi you booked for I diagnostic inspection but wanted us to strip the top of you engine down when that’s not the service you paid for you told me you thought the time belt had snapped we checked and confirmed it wasn’t the belt and it was the cam shaft exhaust side the quote was for a 0.09h inspection we was there for nearly and hour
