Communications good, phone call the day before and collected on time, work carried out and delivered back the same day. Good professional pickup, checked for damage, provided contact details and reminded me of the warranty on the work

This was for glow plugs replacement which became problematical with one snapping (not unexpectedly) and therefore needed specialist extraction.
They kept in touch with timing and costs which was very good.
Also, as the car needed to be kept for a few days, some important contents in the car were delivered back next day for me to use.
I'm happy with everything and excellent service.

Brilliant workmanship and communicatied brilliantly when issues arose, not easy too find a mechanic like this will only use them from now on
